Sarawak-Malaysia My second Home (S-MM2H) is a program that allow qualifies citizens of foreign countries to retire and reside Sarawak Malaysia. All main applications are to fulfill certain personal and financial criteria set by the Malaysia Government. Successful applicants are granted multiple-entry social visit pass for a period of 10 years and renewable.

Who Can Apply?
Those who fulfill the following requirements are eligible to apply:
Eligibility by Nationality
- ✅ 30 years old and above
- ✅ Open to citizens of all countries that have diplomatic relations with Malaysia
(*except Israel and North Korea)
*Applicant must make a declaration of their country of origin and citizenship(s) before making an application
Terms & Conditions
- All applicants must submit the required documents to the Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak.
- All applicants must be bonded by a Sponsor who originated from and currently staying in Sarawak OR by an S-MM2H Licensed Agent that is registered in Sarawak.
- All applicants are expected to be financially capable of supporting themselves during the participation of this programme.
- 10(5+5) years and renewable upon expiry. For renewal, the existing participants are still adhered to existing requirements. After 10 years, applicant must apply as a NEW APPLICATION.
- One off RM5,000 processing fee to MTCP (Note: The processing fee is for first 5 years pass).
- Pass renewal, change of principal applicant and nationality requires PDRM Security Screening.
- Principal applicant and all dependent(s) requires a letter of good conduct.
- Applicant must be covered by medical insurance for the duration of their S-MM2H pass.
- Health examination is required.
- S-MM2H pass upon principal's death are not transferable.
- NOT a permanent residence status holder.
- All applicants are allowed to bring a maid subject to applicant compliance of current requirement of entry for foreign maid by Immigration Department.
